In accordance with current international agreements, Kyrgyz driving license can be exchanged for Polish one. The waiting time for the Polish driving license depends primarily on the institution issuing the document in Kyrgyzstan, which is required to certify its authenticity. In this particular case, the procedure will be significantly longer, as in Kyrgyzstan there is no Polish Embassy, which makes it necessary to send documents via a Consulate in Kazakhstan. Sometimes, it faster and easier to obtain proper certification on ones own than to wait for a response of the proper institution.
